Bryan Stahl of Oneida, S.D. was the 2002 winner of the Harley Heritage Softail Classic!

Bryan was merely looking at the Buffalo Chip's website for the schedules when he saw the link to CCA's site for the Harley Autographed by Cher Raffle.  Knowing a good cause when he saw it.  He then bought 5 tickets for $20.  Now Bryan is the proud owner of this year's prize.  Needless to say, Bryan is ecstatic about his win!
